John Kerr, of Dalton Partners, is marketing No.4 for $899,000. The four-bedroom residence on over 1100 square metres of land was built six months ago.

“It is really unique, spectacular,” Mr Kerr said.“Nothing has been spared inside the house.”​

A new suburb record was set in April when a home inCaribou Road was sold for $890,000.
